OK, I don’t know about you guys but the internet channel on my wii has never really worked, it worked for the first few times after I downloaded the beta a while back now.
However, it just doesn’t seem to be capable of accessing any sites - even ones local to my network!
I haven’t deleted it and redownloaded yet, but I have updated it and no change.
so, any of you guys have problems with this channel?

ninty has finally come good on its promise to deliver content via the wii and has offered a new channel…
it’s a demo for metroid prime 3!
The download isn’t that big, was pretty easy to get onto my wii (even if there were too many superfluous menus in the way) and all I have done so far has been to load it up to the menu, I’ll see if I can have a play about later.
Hopefully this is the start of many items they offer for download, all we need now is to be able to use the wii as a base station for offering demos and content to your DS..
how about it nintendo?

sorry to let you know, but the old pissheadnerds podcast feed is now defunct.. if you want to subscribe to the new feed you just need to use this address
http://www.pissheadnerds.com/podcasts/phn_feed.xml
this should be a better method than the old php file I was using as this gives me greater control over it
This new site definately seems to be a lot nicer than the old phpnuke one and should allow me to do some pretty cool stuff eventually

Well, I finally got up off my arse and got my dell sc440 up and running.
This also means that I have been in need of moving my website over to the new server too, but I haven’t ever been happy with phpnuke (too many things that just don’t work for no reason :S ).
Soooo, I have trawled the net for all sorts of different CMS offerings, messed about with settings to get them (semi) working, broken outlook web access - it now just displays folders instead of the asp!! no clue how I managed it - but now I think I might have found a very nice, lightweight replacement… phpfusion.
Seems to be very nice, most of the features actually appear to work - I don’t like how it seems to demand that I used only certain TLD’s in my emails, but that can be worked on
anyway, I’m gonna continue trying to migrate things across to this server and see what I can break next with this.
